I officially opened the @OTTChildFest last night, along with @Yasir_Naqvi, Councillors Carr and Troster @somerset_ward, with a proclamation to Nick Masciantonio who has been a volunteer with the Festival for 20 years, helping to bring performers from around the globe to entertain our young and young at heart.
