The ridiculous “RICO” lawsuit filed on December 31, 2025, alleges that Stake and Drake are financing an operation to “disparage competitors and music label executives,” among other claims. To date, the following people have reportedly insinuated or outright stated that Drake runs the popular X account Akademiks TV: • Terrence “Punch” Henderson (TDE music label executive) • SZA (TDE artist) • Anthony Saleh (Kendrick Lamar’s manager) • Dave Free (pgLang music label executive) • Charlamagne (The Breakfast Club employee/ Roc Nation affiliate) Once again, everyone should ask which person or persons have a vested interest in legally targeting Stake, Drake, Adin Ross, DJ Akademiks, and Akademiks TV. Those are the parties most likely funding these frivolous lawsuits against Drake, Stake, Spotify, and others. x.com/zadcozzy/status/206329…

It’s always been our belief that the attorneys and plaintiffs filing these frivolous lawsuits against Drake, Stake, Spotify and others are maliciously targeting these parties and being funded to do it.
In our opinion, a certain camp is really bothered that those botting allegations are stuck on them like a stench. The talk from fans gets louder with each new release. There is a desperation to shift the narrative. Drake’s streaming numbers remain consistent through Spotify’s crackdown on bots. Other artists’ streaming numbers continue to plummet. Stake’s legal team should really consider tracing the origin of these lawsuits. Just our thoughts.

The lies in “Not Like Us”, published and promoted by UMG Recordings, failed to destroy Drake’s career. The astroturfing and botted likes during ICEMAN’s release week couldn’t stop Drake from dominating the charts and breaking records. So Jay-Z’s bootlickers at The Breakfast Club have now pivoted to “Drake’s not philanthropic enough”. What they fail to grasp is that this kind of manipulation only damages their own credibility, not Drake’s. Too many people see through the narratives they try to frame. All this nonsense does is create social-media fodder for dusty basement dwellers who have zero impact on the rest of society. The fans will keep enjoying Drake’s music, that won’t change. ICEMAN is spending a third week at #1, and Drake still holds the record for the most #1 hits by a male soloist, more than Michael Jackson.
🚨 The lengths some media outlets go to slander Drake should be studied. 🧐 The Breakfast Club wants people to believe every caller is some random person who just happened to get through. Meanwhile, they’re now broadcasting live on Netflix. You really think they’re risking random callers saying anything they want on a platform that big? 🤔 🔎 This Alleged “Toronto caller” claiming Drake doesn’t do anything for the city sounded suspicious from the start. She doesn’t even sound like she’s from Toronto, yet we’re supposed to believe she’s speaking for the city? 👀 What’s even more telling is how Charlamagne handled the conversation. Instead of challenging any of the claims, he suddenly plays the neutral, unbiased host role: 🗣️ Caller: “Drake isn’t as popular as y’all think in Toronto.” 🗣️ Charlamagne: “I don’t know, he streams a lot. He sells out tours.” 🗣️ Caller: “He’s never done anything for Toronto. Never helped hospitals, homeless people, schools, nothing.” 🗣️ Charlamagne: “Well, I can’t tell you about your city. You know more than me.” Notice how the setup works. The caller gets to make a bunch of negative claims, while Charlamagne acts detached so it doesn’t look like the show is pushing the narrative themselves. The problem is it feels way too convenient. A caller magically gets through to bash Drake, makes a series of claims with no pushback, and the hosts act surprised while allowing the message to reach millions of viewers. Maybe some people will believe it was random. I don’t. This looked more like a planned narrative than an organic call-in moment The Fact That They Used This Phone Call Clip On Their Social Media Is Telling In Itself… Out Of Every Clip Out Of The Show They Used This To Start A Narrative And To Get Engagement. My Opinion This Was A Structured Call In..

Aged like wine.
Now that we’ve heard ICEMAN, it makes sense why some went on a media blitz pushing the narrative that Drake should move on from the beef. Tracks like Whisper My Name and Janice STFU definitely hurt some feelings.

I always thought that GQ interview was absolute bullshit and was Jay Z throwing Drake a bone hoping he wouldn't address him in any way and I'm glad that the first chance he got, he immediately proved he spent that whole interview lying his ass off lmao.

Jay-Z and Roc Nation’s kryptonite seems to be unfavorable public commentary. This is the same company whose affiliates, like Charlamagne, have accused Drake fans of being paid to post unfavorable commentary about Jay-Z and his mention in the Epstein files.

Jay-Z’s actions tonight should show everyone that the public’s suspicions about Roc Nation’s animosity toward Drake aren’t just a “conspiracy theory.” All the nonsense Jay-Z said in his GQ interview about not being personally invested in the rap battle was clearly disingenuous.

From the Super Bowl selection to the constant astroturfing on social media to the nonstop frivolous lawsuits. How many “coincidences” before it’s no longer a “conspiracy theory”?

It’s our belief that Roc Nation has some involvement in the recent lawsuits and string of bad press surrounding Stake and Drake. Roc Nation has faced previous accusations that it participated in a scheme where money was offered to file frivolous lawsuits against an opponent. Roc Nation’s fixation on Drake’s business partnership with Stake first became apparent when its attorneys deposed third-parties about Drake’s Stake deal. This was done through a lawsuit that had nothing to do with Stake, Drake or gambling. For now, there is nothing that substantiates our belief is true and it could all just be coincidence.

For the ones who struggle with reading comprehension. The post calls out Jay-Z’s disingenuous behavior. We’re glad he stopped pretending that he & his affiliates don’t have animosity towards Drake. Folks are tired of being labeled “conspiracy theorists” for stating the obvious.

Kendrick Lamar’s close associate, Aaron Drake Jr. aka DJ Hed, edited Drake’s “2 Hard 4 The Radio” to remove lyrics he perceived as disrespectful to his friends. What makes you think these same individuals didn’t call the Tupac Shakur Estate over Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle”?

The question is rhetorical.
This post is for informational purposes only. Let’s be very clear about who first brought the law into it, tried to “silence creative expression,” and “use the label to censor artists.” This is the April 24, 2024 cease-and-desist letter from Tupac Shakur’s Estate to Drake’s attorney regarding Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle.” Not only is Kendrick Lamar a close friend of the Tupac Estate, he is also signed to Interscope Records which owns the distribution rights to Tupac Shakur’s music. Interscope Records is a division of UMG Recordings. • 5 days after the release of “Taylor Made Freestyle” (April 19, 2024) • 3 days before Kendrick Lamar finalized his contract with Interscope Records (April 27, 2024) • 6 days before the release of Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” (April 30, 2024) Some will dismiss this as conspiracy, but to us it looks like the record label using its connections and resources to suppress one artist’s work while amplifying the other’s.

The likes on Drake hate posts are being botted on X, deranged lunatics are being paid to post anti-Drake content on YouTube, and bots are astroturfing on Instagram. None of that changes the fact that Drake has more #1 hits than Michael Jackson.

Reminder that all this apparently started because UMG Recordings couldn’t afford to pay Drake the money he rightfully earned. Instead of letting Drake explore his options elsewhere, they opted to promote a defamatory song in an effort to lower his market value.

ICEMAN answered many questions and affirmed that the lawsuit is necessary. The best part is that, in trying to supposedly devalue Drake, UMG Recordings inadvertently made him more famous and increased demand for his music.

UMG is publicly traded, anyone can access their financials. They have under $40M cash on hand, profits below $300M owed to shareholders. They can’t just wire $400M out of nowhere, not even for Drake or T Swift. Can't even raise 400M as debt (2Bs already) Public=high regulations
