It is critical for the federal government to support its workforce by enhancing workplace safety; holding offenders accountable; and providing support and resources to victims and survivors who are impacted by gender-based violence in the world of work, including such violence that occurs outside the workplace. This updated guidance is a critical tool for agencies as they seek to adopt a coordinated response within their agency and across the federal government to improve support for employees impacted by gender-based violence.
