ODEAC is particularly grateful to the Cameroon National Commission for UNESCO and the ICT National Agency for their support.

The main idea was to encourage the States of the sub-region to ratify the Malabo Convention on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data.

Chaired by Cameroon's Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, the ceremony also marked the official launch of ODEAC's activities, and brought together administrative and political authorities and children from Central Africa.
