Twitter will always be an important part of the Digital Observatory, but it is just one aspect of the broader ecosystem of data sources and resources we've been developing: digitalobservatory.net.au/th… No matter what, we plan to continue growing our ecosystem and supporting research.
We would also like to express our sympathy to the staff at Twitter for the difficult time they've all been going through, and we wish Twitter and its current and former staff all the best.
