Really proud 2 have met the Welsh Health Minister @wgmin_health today who visited @CwmTafOT 2 talk about our new #OT Memory Assessment Service funded by the Dementia Action Plan for Wales. The @OccTed study will contribute 2 the intervention programme &generate data on its impact
