This is the CIF transfer form that needs to be filled out and approved by schools. You can clearly read that pre-enrollment contact is not allowed, so anyone who signs better be telling the truth.

I have a CIF Lifetime Pass for games, based on serving on the State Federated Council for 3 years. Yesterday at CIF finals, 1 of the ladies asked for ID, after I showed the pass, so I started reaching for my wallet.
And the other gal said "No, he's good, I know him from Twitter."
