At OSIL we are always looking to develop new products. We have recently delivered two towed depressor fins of our own design & manufacture to @oilspillexperts to help monitor the effectiveness of oil spill dispersants, alongside some...
We’re pleased to share that OSRL has completed a collaborative project with OSIL @oceanscientific to develop and test two new dispersant monitoring systems to support dispersant use during oil spill response. The systems include towed depressor fins, designed and manufactured by OSIL, integrated with Sequoia Scientific LISST- Black fluorometry and particle size instruments. Working with specialist partners helps us to advance the service we provide and enhance our ability to monitor dispersant effectiveness in the water column.
