Another day, another nightmare HMO application 😡 we are under siege here! There will be no community left just a collection of strangers, schools will close, more crime and increased cost to the taxpayer as most of this is covered by housing benefit. Wonderful

The destruction just goes on and on. Why is this not legislated against? What are our MPs doing about it? Local planning system isn't fit for purpose and is overwhelmed. A change of government is essential but will be too late by then facebook.com/share/1BM1yMFwi…

Please can I ask that something is done about this HMO slum? Fine the residents / landlord and revoke the licence. We are sick of these issues. Please make an example of this property @Royal_Greenwich @5tewartChristie @davidmonteith

This post was brought into sharp focus this morning, hoardes of hard drug users were gathered at Winns Common as shown. Males openly using drugs and defecating in the bushes. Litter everywhere. This has to be dealt with - clear risks to the public and environment

Sue (RBG staff) has once again single handedly cleaned up Winns Common, she is doing the job of a small team on her own. She deserves recognition and more staff / environmental champions to assist. A BIG Thank you to her! @Royal_Greenwich @GreenGreenwich @GGCN2023

Great to see there is now a growing number of committed, well informed residents working in a coordinated way to oppose the horrendous HMOs that blight our community. Licences should be revoked in many cases and properties returned to single dwellings 🏡 NO to HMO Slums

A real shame to see the deterioration in our local @coopuk in Plumstead Common Road. The shelves often bare, offers rarely work and they're getting hammered by thieves of all descriptions. Some druggies in there at closing time working a scam at the till

The trouble is we'll lose this shop if there isn't drastic action. Completely unsustainable in its current state. Members only scan to enter? So much dross in the locality. We need to see regular police presence and activity here.

Thank you #PlumsteadCommon for your support. You now have three @GreenGreenwich Councillors that are going to fight for our area all the time, not just at elections!

Another long running Greenwich Labour shambles seen here in Woolwich today. I remember reading about plans here on the council intranet back in about 2004. Buildings have been falling apart ever since. Lizzie line station is over the road. Another failed joint partnership

The borough has been in decline since @DanLThorpe was replaced as Labour leader. It really is time for a change in Greenwich. I hope people vote accordingly in May to get back some accountability and delivery for local people. I believe @5tewartChristie will do that for PC Ward

HMO applications are coming thick and fast now the obvious consequences of Labour's rent reforms have kicked in. If you value anything positive about where you live, vote for a different party and oppose these applications at every opportunity. NO TO HMO 🚫

Still here in May, apparently getting things done 🤷🏻‍♂️
A collection of rusting bikes offered for sale, has amassed on the railings here. Its a complete eyesore. Please can they be removed? Edge Hill and green areas adjacent often in a mess. Some bulbs / wildflowers might brighten up this desperately depressing area @Royal_Greenwich

Rampant fare evasion at Paddington Elizabeth Line especially at peak times. Perhaps use spotters and challenge people? Often other "irregularities" will be present. Equally applicable to buses @TfL @BTP @MPSRTPC

I give up, just seen staff let through a couple of fare evaders at the same station making half-hearted begging gestures, all very casual and normalised. Nobody cares! 🤷🏻‍♂️
