I really love this idea
& I might be wrong but I think there is a similar feature to this in College Football Dynasty. I donโt really play that mode so I donโt remember everything
When trying to recruit/sign players in the transfer portal.

Clubs competing for players but the decision ultimately lying with the player to decide who he prefers to join is how the Transfer System should be in FC27 Career Mode
You could have interest meter determined by factors like club & league reputation, continental competitions etc

If they take full advantage & make it similar to NBA 2K or even better then this mode can be a huge success.

Will FC Open World have stuff like this? Training Facility. Itโs a gym. You can go there to workout .
You can get temporary or permanent stamina boost, you can change your body type & even work on stuff with your friends in the indoor court.

This max it should take to change to change players to one of their alternative positions is 1 to 2 weeks
& I think we should be able to manually remove positions if we wanted to.
Especially since devs keep giving certain players random positions

This is a perfect example of what I been talking about
Lookman already got LM as one of his alternative positions but if I wanted to make it his primary position it would take 494 WEEKS =9 YEARS ๐ซฉ
9 YEARS! For a position he already got registered
