Wall 1:
First of all, I think two traditional Viper walls are much stronger than this one, but I have seen teams successfully use it.
It lets you defend Garage in a pretty unique way: you can give the attackers entrance while still controlling the space under window, and it is pretty hard for them to force a C split in one move. You can also use it to reclaim Garage control mid-round.
B and C walls are as simple as it gets: defend, retake, rotate.
Wall 2:
The only actually helpful position it covers is Garage, and you can clearly defend Garage in the traditional way. If that is your plan, why not just use the best Viper wall from C to Window, which is ultimately better at everything else?
The B part only creates an illusion of safety. It does not really make it safe to rotate to or from A Link. If a player wants to play inside Cubby, they probably do not want any extra cues for the enemy to clear them. The power of this position is the surprise off-angle you hold: when the enemy walks up and focuses C Link, they walk into your crosshair. You also generally prefer to put agents there who can get out after a kill (Omen, Yoru, Waylay, Chamber). On retakes, it also adds a position where the defense is exposed.
The C part is probably the worst. The delayed opening makes C Long Cubby an unreliable position to use this wall. Most importantly, it is a position where the attackers can just wait it out without being exposed to anything or giving away any crucial information. Maybe there will be once-in-a-lifetime situations where it helps you defuse the bomb, but in the current meta, the problem to solve is clearing the site.
This question is really good test for actual Valorant knowledge. Easy to see the difference between "coaches" who just like to draw things in valoplant and people who knows exactly how utility impacts the gameplay.
