The Difference between PS3 & RPCS3
In PS3 the system allocates a region of memory
Memory Address are usually
4 bytes 8 digits Hexadecimal values
In RPCS3 It Shifts the Whole Memory Region
Under a Larger Memory Address Consisting of 9 Digits
This is also known as Emulator Offset.
