Thank you @Medscape for covering my letter in @Clin_Chem_AACC. In a nutshell, #TSH reference intervals do not account for seasonal variability. It’s a major source of false subclinical #hypothyroidism diagnoses and levothyroxine overtreatment. @Yale_LabMed@YaleMed#MedTwitter
