Our push to reform Ohio’s unfair, antiquated franchise law took a big step forward today. The law was written in 1974 to protect small businesses, but now is actively hurting small, independent breweries to the benefit of large, powerful beer wholesalers.

Laws dating back to the '70s make contracts between brewers and distributors uniquely difficult to terminate in Ohio. Joke is that it's easier to divorce your wife of 30 yrs than it is to break up with your wholesaler. @OhioCraftBeer wants to change that.
