It's TIME ๐Ÿฅ OI Performance and Poet are hosting a Frisbee Friday, February 17th from 12-1PM! Game will be held at our facility. Frisbee will be replacing the Noon Bootcamp Class, so there will be no workout at this time. Hope to see you all there!
