A bit of running with the pooches tomorrow then the first part recce of the 5th1st on Sunday morning for me.

Tomorrow I take part in Chase the Sun a 330km cycle ride starting at Sheerness finishing at Burnham-on-sea. Riders start @ sunrise with the aim of finishing by 21:33 before the 🌞sets! I am doing this with no support crew as for me it’s all part of the journey #chasethesuncycle
