We at One BYTE at a Time organized a unique and engaging Family Brick Night. We partnered with 3rd Street KIDZ at 3rd 3rd Street Community Church and RedOaks Kids at RedOaks Church. Families used LEGO to represent Bible stories is a creative way.

Last week we were back at 3 schools in Canton providing robotics enrichment to elementary & intermediate students. Students are learning to build models & program the models to move. Students are building confidence while improving problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Last week we were in Canton City Schools working with students in after school programs with some LEGO robotics enrichment. Students built models out of LEGO and then programmed the models to move about.

Last week we had an engaging experience for students at OH Somers Elem creating LEGO pixel art! It is a creative activity that combines elements of design, technology, and hands-on building. Students had the opportunity to learn about pixels and how they form digital images.

We finished up our time at O H Somers Elementary for the school year this week with some coding in Minecraft Education @PlayCraftLearn. What a great way to end our time together. It was a hit with these 1st and 2nd graders.
