After watching the A’s pitchers get knocked around the last couple of weeks I have come up with some more rule changes for next year: Penalties. Roughing the Pitcher, Too Many Men on Base, etc. All in favor of A’s of course. Feel free to add to some more! @LockedOnAs @OaklandAUK
