Introducing Landed Tower House! Built in 1953 as a single-storey home in West Vancouver, in the 70s and the 90s the home saw several waves of extensive renovations and more recently was barged from West Van to Sooke! And now its our turn ;) #LandedTowerHouseSooke

Every challenge is an opportunity. It's not easy to take a large notch out of the footprint of a home on a compact lot, but we found it gave the rare opportunity to create an inset wood deck off of the living and dining rooms and saved some trees! #SilhouetteHouseYYJ

Sometimes work has to be phased for cost control, and green roofs have to be postponed. It's so nice to see when those final touches get installed, even if it is a few years later. Here is the green roof at Third Chapter House throughout a few seasons.
