Plenty of them got parents who gave them hundreds of thousands to "bootstrap" or even millions, like Elon Musk's case. They may not have been born billionaires, but sure as hell they were born millionaires. It's easier to become a billionaire when you already are a millionaire.

Let's be real, trillionaires don't exist. Musk is not a real trillionaire, nor he will ever be. The only "real" trillionaires went through hyperinflation in their local economies. Taxing Musk on some make belief BS number makes no sense. It also makes no sense praise this shit.
