I’ve been deep diving into GTA VI over the last few weeks and I think people are massively underestimating what’s about to happen around it.
Not just as a game, but as a real world economy. Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft etc are already giant economies. In many ways Roblox and others have been way more successful than crypto in building digital ownership and virtual economies.
I'm starting to build out an invite / application based community of killers that want to hit the ground running when the game launches. I think there is massive upside potential here to being positioned for the launch and collaborating together. A lot of the skills people have built up in the crypto space will translate here... (building communities / hype / micro economies)
Rockstar has spent the last few years moving closer toward creator infrastructure and persistent online worlds.
They acquired:
- FiveM
- RedM
- Cfx.rr
Which is important because those communities already proved people will:
- build businesses
- run organizations
- create media brands
- operate servers
- hire staff
- sell services
- and generate real economic activity around virtual worlds.
Shoot me a dm or comment if this is something that interests you. I'd love to build something real, mutually beneficial, and be among the first movers in this space. We don't have a ton of details on the exact shape these virtual economies will take but the real estate, items, rp servers, clipping economies, and virtual services alone are going to be insane opportunities.
I'll launch a website / app in the next few weeks as well. Let's Build.
