New version of OpenFHE (github.com/openfheorg/openfh…) is out! V1.3.0 includes composite scaling for CKKS contributed by @intel, full support of WebAssembly compilation (for web browsers and smart phone devices), and more. Check out github.com/openfheorg/openfh… for more details.

A significant milestone for #FHE: the paper "General Functional Bootstrapping using CKKS". The authors developed a general functional/programmable bootstrapping method using #CKKS, achieving an amortized time that is orders of magnitude faster than #TFHE.

We've seen multiple FHE start-up partnerships, a new consortium go public, new editions of major FHE events and a major paper release.
