It's here. Ruby Hue, a Munich Dunkel!
Ruby Hue, our dark lager in the style of a German Munich Dunkel, is flowing. We used darker Munich malts to get those rich malty notes with hints of chocolate, toffee & toast. Medium body with a smooth finish.

In late winter, each year, we close on Monday. The time is used to prepare for the kitchen's spring/summer menu launch and make annual taproom improvements.
