There is a kenya china trade centre being built at jamhuri park.as we speak the structural construction is almost done. The centre will be operational by october.it will allow manufacturers from china to setup shop there.
The employees employed by kenyans will be out of business and the country will go back to nyayo era days in which majority of kenyans were poor .Kenyan market will be chinese controlled.in a few years chinese will do even retail business.
Imagine 1000 chinese manufacturers and exporters setting shop in kenya.yes they may employ but can they employ the many employees in the wholesale shops?can they absorb the kenyan workforce employed in the smaller shops that may run out of business?
The court protects processes not just outcomes. If the process is tainted with unconstitutionality then the end product is unconstitutional.Right to fair hearing is a fundamental of any process especially judicial or quasi judicial. How then does this judgement stand?
Indeed the right to a fair hearing is not a mere suggestion but a constitutional right that is now affirmed and must always be upheld by all institutions and courts.
I have never seen or heard a bench making a contradictory ruling like the one bench. One hand affirms the constitutional supremacy, goes ahead to make a ruling that contradicts the constitutional supremacy. This is mentally exhausting😂😂
If you are to be made deputy president in any election matrix please ensure you have enough members of parliament because if not your boss can simply impeach you.Make sure you bring enough parliamentary numbers on the table.Uhuru was right.
I said it and i repeat. The weakest link in the good governance of our country is the parliament. We must ensure we elect the right people in parliament.A weak legistlative chamber is an undoing to the progress of this country.
To state that public participation must be meaningful then to go ahead and state that what parliament undertook during the impeachment of rigathi gachagua met the constitutional threshhold is in total diregard of the law.
