We hope you and your loved ones are safe following Hurricane Helene.
Optimum team members are still working around-the-clock where physical access has been permitted, and power has been restored. We will continue with this work until all customers are back online.
Here's what you can expect:
If you don't have power, you won't have Internet, TV,
or phone service until the power company restores
it.
If your power is on, but you still don't have Optimum
service, it could be because:
- You may need to reset your equipment by
unplugging the power, waiting 5-10 seconds, then
plugging it back in
- The power company has not yet restored the
commercial power that feeds the Optimum signal
in your local area
- Your local connection could have been damaged
by the weather or even inadvertently by the power
company or another third party, and our crews are
working to identify these issues and make
repairs to bring your services back online.
To support our communities, the following locations are still available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in Hendersonville, North Carolina where residents can access free WiFi and charge their devices.

- Optimum Office, 717 S Grove St
- Blue Ridge Mall, 1800 4 Seasons Blvd
