It makes me feel like a developer in the making, even though I'm not a technical builder. At first, it wasn't very comprehensive, but over time I've seen significant improvements. The experience has become much smoother, although there are still occasional lag issues. > What are you building recently? At the moment, I'm not actively building any project. Most of my major wins have come from degening and being active in the ecosystem. I am a person who chose to build himself by his own rules - to overcome his own weaknesses and human nature. > When did you join Web3 or crypto? Ans: I came to crypto in 2021 - not through hype and not through price. What caught me was the architecture of thinking behind Bitcoin. I read Satoshi's whitepaper as a political manifesto: decentralization of power, rejection of intermediaries, trust in mathematics instead of institutions. A system built not on trust in people, but on structure. > When and how did you join NEAR? Ans: I found NEAR on my own in late 2022. Two things caught my attention: the team - Ilya and Alexander. And sharding - the only honest approach to scaling without compromising on decentralization. For several years I followed other projects in parallel, but in this one I always found something close to myself. I never reconsidered my choice. > Tell us your Ironclaw experience Ans: I follow Ironclaw closely, though I haven't worked with the product deeply yet. But the architecture speaks for itself - privacy, security, minimum trust to third parties. Ans: My crypto journey started in 2023 through Telegram airdrops. > When and how did you join NEAR? Ans: I joined NEAR Protocol in 2024. My sibling, who was already in the ecosystem, introduced me to it, and I fell in love with the chain immediately. > Tell us about your Ironclaw experience Ans: Honestly, my experience with Ironclaw has been great. Back then the term 'Web3' didn't exist nor did any community chats. Discussions were mostly on forums and nothing was ELI5. No one in my friend circle knew about it. Joining and understanding crypto today feels 10x easier imo — given how mainstream crypto is in many pockets of the world. > When and how did you join NEAR Ans: I've known NEAR for a very long time but only genuinely got interesting in 2021, when NEAR announced it was launching an EVM runtime, Aurora. I got more involved with the community side of things in fall of 2022. > What's your stake about governance and how do you see HoS in NEAR (win or loss)? Ans: Ngl, governance is dull and boring, but it's an important pillar and one of the more important use cases for the NEAR token. Previously, NEAR token holders didn't have a direct say on major decisions concerning the protocol; now they do. If you care about the future of NEAR, you should take an interest and the sooner you do the better because your VP (voting power) grows at 50% pa. > Any major win in NEAR or in crypto Ans: Might sound cliche but the network and people I've met along the way. I've made friends with people from ~70 different countries. > You have been here for a while, how will you say, the journey has been? Ans: Very eventful. I've been part of a very resilient ecosystem and community that has stuck with NEAR through thick and thin. The industry has a lot of respect for NEAR and over these years, we've seen bold experiments with new ideas / possibilities. They don't always work out but when they do, you hit jackpots like NEAR Intents that take the entire ecosystem to a whole new level. > If you have one chance to rejuvenate one silent/dead project in NEAR,  which is that and why? Ans: Probably NEAR Social. I really bought into the idea of decentralised social but for some reason the moat around the likes of X/Twitter is bigger than what we all thought. A close second would be Pembrock Finance, purely because I'm a big DeFi advocate (in spite of it being a landmine of exploits). > One advise for normies in crypto or near legion Ans: Be curious and open-minded because crypto is here to stay. > Which AI coins are you holding and why? Ans: Mostly just NEAR because it's one of the few legit AI plays. Most of the stuff out there claiming to be AI-aligned is just gimmicky. I also own some PHA (which btw has good ties with NEAR). > How do you see this cycle, do you think it will favor $NEAR? Ans: I'm cautiously optimistic. Crypto sentiment is rough atm but I've also witnessed NEAR outperform its peers during tough times, and with "real revenue, real products", I want to believe WAGMI. > If you're opportune to be "Illia polosukhin" of NEAR in a day, what will you do differently that he's not doing rn Ans: Tough one. Illia has really stepped up in being more vocal about what NEAR has been building over the last few months (and he recently had a second baby btw).
