This November, despite losing nationwide, Kamala Harris managed to hold on to Oregon by a respectable 14.3%. Harris held up well in Oregon, as the country moved 6% to the right, Oregon only moved 2%. Trump flipped back Marion County, home to the state capital, Salem.
