KAZAKHSTAN SAYS YES TO CYPRUS, NO TO TURKEY🚨 Kazakhstan publicly backs UN Security Council Resolutions 541 & 550, declaring the Turkish-occupied “TRNC” illegal and invalid. Despite shared Turkic ties, not only Kazakhstan, but Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan too are refusing to recognize the occupation regime in northern Cyprus. They continue to recognize only the Republic of Cyprus as the legitimate government of the entire island. This move has angered Ankara and the occupation leader Tufan Erhurman, especially as President Christodoulides visits Kazakhstan to open a Cyprus embassy in Astana, sign MOUs and bilateral agreements. SpaceX just demonstrated with Cursor exactly how it intends to use its public equity. It doesn't create holding companies or merge equals. It acquires using stock. Cursor is the proof of concept. Tesla is the logical next target at scale.

Companies routinely authorize more shares than currently needed in S-1 filings to enable future flexibility for stock splits, offerings, acquisitions, or employee incentives without repeated SEC amendments. Looks like an acquisition move is being setup for a holding company 👀
