Exercise is really important, and it is a great way to clear your mind and start over. It will allow you to release all the stress and tension you have pent up.
Moms, we know your job isn't easy. 70% of moms have said that motherhood can be extremely stressful. This is why it is very important that you do some things that will make sure you don't burn out.
You can ask them questions or any concerns you may have regarding parenting, schooling and more. The support groups can be found widely on the internet, and they might be available close to where you live too.
Keep in mind that a diagnosis will not change who they are!
