The Konza Affordable Housing Project is steadily taking shape, with 1,042 smart homes under Phase I nearing completion. The development is set to support Kenya’s Silicon Savannah, create employment opportunities, and stimulate local economic growth. Phase II is already underway and will deliver an additional 2,000 housing units, alongside schools and a hospital.
