You did it! Your relentless calls, pressure, shares, and support have secured all 10 bonding companies on board and working to help bring Dalton home. This community is unstoppable — thank you!
That said, Dalton will not be released immediately. We must take additional steps to protect against more dirty tricks by the state. This includes resolving the pending FTA warrant out of Nashville for the bogus “dine-and-dash” misdemeanor. (The restaurant asked him to leave mid-meal after recognizing him — classic targeting.)
The lawyer is working to have those resolved as soon as possible, I will update you with an expected timeframe as soon as we have on available.
Once we systematically knock out these remaining obstacles and get the misdemeanors dismissed, the next step is securing his full release.
We also still need strong funds for his legal defense.
Together, we are making this possible.

I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail.
Nash never requested no bond for any of them.
Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable. The data is below.
