Each row has between 2 and 5 squares, one of them ends your run, and you're picking a path through without knowing which one it is. Land safe and your score climbs. Hit the wrong block and everything resets, no checkpoint, no partial credit. But the mechanic that kept pulling me back wasn't the grid. It was the question the game asks you after every single row you survive. Cash out now, or go one level deeper? Sounds like an easy call until you're sitting on a score worth keeping and level 11 is still a few rows away. The rewards up there are real. So is the risk of watching everything disappear on a single bad pick. I convinced myself I was reading the pattern at some point. I wasn't. The layouts are fully randomized and nothing carries over from one row to the next. The game doesn't have a pattern to find. What it actually does is put pressure on your judgment and wait to see what you do with it.
