Reading aloud to a class is one of the few times, in my opinion, when you can take their minds out of school and show them the scope of the world. Its easy to take that for granted if you haven't been in school for decades. Please share! petition.parliament.uk/petit…

'Schools are not obliged to have libraries, but prisons are. Step one, then, is to make it compulsory for schools, too. This has to be backed up with steptwo: ringfenced money to support schools’ libraries, along with the hiring and training of librarians.' @MichaelRosenYes
