Sad truth is many don't want to work in our amazing industry: they think it's not for them – or people LIKE them. But with ~1/3 of all UK kids today people of colour, & 10% of yng adults lesbian, gay or bisexual / 12% with a disability, what if we could access their talents? 2/3

Anyone out there know how the @UKGCA works? I understood they could only tackle immediate supplier/retailer relationships, but this change in legislation suggests they can go back to farm/buyer level. Does this set a precedent for other farm producers? From this week's @TheGrocer
