Yesterday you all contributed to a social experiment, of which, the gravity is difficult to overestimate.
You helped us accumulate two critical information events towards our proving our hypothesis of how we beat the big 4. The information events were around our customer development strategy and our product roadmap strategy necessary to win.
Customer Development: The treasury allocation to
#BITCOIN did not matter if it was a $10 DCA or multiple coins. Out of 500,000 impressions, only one person referenced proof of reserves.
What a legend.
The announcement itself was enough to prove the impact of the evangelical nature of value alignment. We discovered a pocket of new life-long customers without ad spend. For these customers, it’s really not about the amount in reserves. It’s about sharing the same public cost of making a stand and a statement. It’s about the right statement that appeals to the silenced voice, shared frustration and necessary changes through civil disobedience to fix the money and the food.
When you’re building a company you look for the handful of evangelists that won’t live without your product. These are the customers that sustain you. They are difficult to find but we found a critical mass of them yesterday through
#BITCOIN.
Product Roadmap: Our Product and company roadmap is based on education, traceability, and verification. Not trust. It is based on playing a different game to win. Our product roadmap is also up against $78B Brazilian companies for example that import the majority of our beef to the US, have interdependent relationships with pharma, insurance companies, banks and dark parts of Washington elite. We have to play a different game outside of their collective reach by eventually moving off of traditional payment and communication rails as well as the intentional fiat debasement that enriches them and bankrupts farmers.
Yesterday proved to us and other collaborative companies that there is a critical mass of disagreeable and uncompromising Bitcoiners that will create outsized transactions for companies like KC. This community is built on verifying, not trusting. This is what we must build into our roadmap to beat the big 4.
This community is also built on a shared ethos of decentralization which is critical to disrupting this industry. For the local farmers and communities on the cusp of shutting down, we proved what we’re capable of with this community. We are appealing to this community to support local beef ranchers and do the work necessary to help educate the masses as to where their beef comes from. It is critical that we all collaborate with local farmers and incredible companies like the Beef Initiative for example that are founded on
#Bitcoin principles of work and transparency. If we do this together, they cannot win. Locally supported microprocessors have been consolidated by the Big4 and it is inevitable that they will continue to come for us and small all ranchers as they already have.
Yesterday they were all put on notice by a bunch of disagreeable psychopaths that never thought winning would taste this good.
