We raised the 1st column of a 44,000m² warehouse at P3 Kamen earlier this week. P3 MD Germany @Jürgen Diehl thanked the city for its help in making this successful project possible & spoke of our commitment to being a good long-term partner to customers & local communities.

We’re excited for next week’s 1st column ceremony at our largest redevelopment project, P3 Kamen park in Germany's Ruhr. The event marks the start of construction of a new 44,000m² warehouse, 80% of which is already pre-let to a leading German logistics company.
