Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the future of occupied Crimea is "a done deal," as President Trump's proposed peace deal for the Ukraine-Russia war includes officially recognizing Russia's control of Crimea. Asked if there will be any negotiation over the future of Crimea, Lavrov says, "Russia does not negotiate its own territory."
