Pretty sure this method of levelling a @PASMALtd tower isn't covered on the syllabus. Tower adjusted to a correct and safe position in just a few minutes.

The tower scaffolding wasn't suitable for the type of work being undertaken, wasn't erected by a person trained and competent to do so, was erected to a height above recommendation and was loaded with a weight greater than the safe working load stated by the manufacturer.
A facilities and construction management company, along with the director, have been fined after unsuitable scaffolding partially collapsed, injuring two workers. shponline.co.uk/in-court/com…
