SB 58 passed both chambers of legislature with bipartisan support. This is a first! Now it’s to the senate for a concurrence vote. We have seen broader versions of this bill pass before.

Measure 110 is part of the solution. It has provided substantial funding for outreach and housing for Oregonians who use drugs. Criminalizing drug use is a revolving door of arrest and incarceration with no adequate access to services and supports.
