Experiments are underway in Molecular Biology 🧬#ECSU. Expt. 1 separated simulated HIV proteins @edvotek (2 diff. denaturation times). When running gels, pour media 🧫 for Expt. 2 (LB amp or kan /- L- vs. D- arabinose: time mgmt 👍🏼). Next step: analyze the gels #HBCU
