The leg day repercussion don start
After a long break off coffee because of acid reflux, I got back on it today before my leg session. How I missed the crazy burst of energy and drive. I’m leading a cardio session tomorrow morning, it’s gonna be a blast.

The only 5 supplements worth buying (and why): Protein — builds and repairs muscle. Because food alone rarely gets you there. Creatine — increases strength and power output. Decades of research, dirt cheap, and it actually works. Ohh wait...you mean it won't make me bald? Yes it won't 👽 Vitamin D — supports immunity, mood, and bone health. You’re probably deficient and don’t even know it. Especially if you are a corporate or remote worker Magnesium — regulates sleep and muscle recovery. Basically the reason you wake up tired and sore every morning Omega-3 — reduces inflammation and supports heart health. Your 50 year old self will be very grateful Everything else is marketing. I'm curious though, is there a supplement not on this list that you can vouch for?
Genuinely curious — what supplements are you currently taking and why?

After training some clients at the gym this evening, I had a little more time for my personal workout but I was already feeling tired but then I still needed to train. I decided to try the monster energy drink as pre workout for the first time and wow! Now I see why people get addicted to it.

The thing holding most people back from losing weight isn’t discipline. It’s one specific habit. RT if you want me to break it down.

The back double bicep is my favorite pose, closely followed by side tricep.

Nigeria will most likely never get better within our lifetime. The problems we were facing in 1980 is the same problems we are facing today. Nigerians being individually exceptional, resilient and resourceful is not a fluke. It is a direct adaptation to the collective dehumanization and hostile conditions the people were born into and bred in. It’s the law of the jungle, the strongest shall survive.

Strength training is a superior training method for fat loss. You must be in a caloric deficit to lose weight but your training methodology determines what type is weight you’ll lose ( just fat, or fat and muscle). It is better longterm strategy to retain and grow as much lean muscle mass as possible in your weight-loss journey. Lean muscle mass will be very instrumental in keeping you from regaining all the fat you lost. Why? Well cause muscle is a calorie sucking machine~ meaning , muscles demand and use calories for survival and growth, so the more lean muscle you have on you, the more calories your body uses daily, leading to little to no extra calories stored as bodyfat ( if you’re in a calorie deficit). Knowing this, if your goal is to lose bodyfat and look better, I implore you to learn and practice the science of strength training. If you need educated and experienced guidance ~ dm for consultations( paid ).
