The Carousel Players from St. Catharines picked up 30 children’s bicycles from the Broken Spoke on Saturday morning. These bicycles will be given to children who don’t have a bicycle including helmets at an event they have scheduled for this summer.

Our amazing Broken Spoke Bicycle team completely rebuilt sixty bicycles, mixed children’s and adults then helped load them into a trailer. This is the 3rd load our bike shop team has provided to a missionary group who will be delivering them to the Philippines.

Scott was kind enough to bring a bike in box on his trip. He then gifted the bike to Mario, a lifeguard in Cuba. His 2 boys (16 and 20) will be sharing the bike.

Our students put together 20 children’s bicycles to the Fort Erie Native Rainbow Children’s Centre. This was a joint effort between the PCHS Broken Spoke and the Stevensville Meridian Credit Union which provided certificates for bicycle helmets.

Our new 1st period bike shop students helped Bob with the Ukrainian Church in St. Catharines load bicycles in his vehicle which are being delivered to recently arrived family from one of the war zones in Ukraine.

Children in Thorold will be gifted with a truck load of completely refurbished bicycles collected from @NiagaraRegion Landfills . This will be the fourth truck load free to deserving children here in Niagara from the PCHS Broken Spoke this summer
