Last evening, we held our Soloists' Recital for Senior students, in front of family and friends 🎀🎡 We saw a wide range of instruments played and songs performed across the evening. It was great to hear the variety of music that was played. Well done to everyone involved πŸ’œπŸ’š

This was significant for me. Nobody was pushing my development, but a sense of moral purpose, doing things that would be better for pupils/better for staff was motivational. I'm also intellectually curious, so that's a key driver. The more I know, the more I want to know. I'm 1/2

Excellent on teacher development, agency and self-drive. @HWRK_Magazine buff.ly/3C51vZC So, fellow educators, ask yourselves: What drives you? If your motivation extends beyond titles and monetary rewards, your journey will be one of continual growth and meaningful impact
