Welcome to our new and exciting Challenge Course on #UWCSEA East Campus! Students from Grades 2–12 will be able to experience the 7 rope obstacles and the summit climb. The course will gradually be embedded throughout our PE curriculum and Activities Programme over the next year.

Really enjoyed this thread on how “meaningful PE” can be enacted. The examples here represent a “physical” “education” rather than a health intervention via physical activity (which is what American PE tends to be). Also love the levels of co-respondence between T/S/environment

👉 For clarity these units were done with different grade levels. #meaningfulpe features were common in both units but conceptual focus (Time, Space & Place and Relationship with Movement) differed.
