Apologies we have posted much recently.
Our WHOLE team have been working flat out at our Local Vaccination Site in collaboration with two other PCNs.
Our vaccination service is offered across 22 practices, health & social care workers in the community too.

The feeling after Clinical Supervision - Weight lifted 😊 The words “you have done some great work with your cases” meant the world. Social Prescribers face challenging cases so it’s good to offload. Thanks to our CD Helen for doing everything in her power to put this in place 🙏🏾
