ALT STRONG STRAINED REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS Health visitors midwives, and other statutory services are the primary referrers to third sector PIMH services. While collaboration is valued, reduced capacity and unclear referral pathways are limiting the effectiveness of these relationships.

ALT SHARED COMMITMENT to COLLABORATION Both sectors express a genuine willingness to strengthen partnerships, co-deliver services, and improve communication. There is a shared ambition to enhance early intervention, particularly through ante-natal engagement and whole-family approaches.
