The magical Christmas Elf, Elfie Twinkletoes has shown all of the @PLC_Pathways values to make their way from the North Pole to our Fosse students. Hopefully we'll be seeing more #respect #perseverance #relationships & #empathy over the next few weeks! πŸŽ„πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ„

Over Terms 1 & 2 our Frome students have shown brilliant #perseverance to develop practical building skills to build a fire pit, rope swing outdoor shelter for our forest school.

Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Literacy are two hugely important parts of our curriculum @PLC_Pathways & we are never surprised to see the brilliant & powerful work of our students being published. National Poetry Week was a perfect time to celebrate our young writers! πŸ–ŠοΈπŸ“–

Careers guidance & experiential learning is key to preparing our students for post 16 education. We regularly work with colleges & employers to give our students the best possible preparation for life after @PLC_Pathways. Here, students visit SGS College & try out creative arts.

Our pathways @PLC_Pathways are ever broadening as we support students in a range of ways. We are celebrating the success of our outreach 'hubs'. Students were presented with a clutch of ASDAN qualifications as they use our hubs to make a step back into education! Awesome!

Our amazing KS3 students have used culture capital time to create their own murder mystery movie which culminated in a spectacular red carpet premiere inviting staff to watch the drama unfold. "Would have bean" is a potential academy award winner for sure!πŸ“½οΈπŸΏ

@PLC_Pathways Yr10 students tested foods in the science lab for starch, sugars & protein. Today we were assisted in the lab by Bella, our therapy dog. She tested crackers for tastiness & spat them out if they didn’t meet the standard (too stale!)πŸ•β€πŸ¦ΊπŸͺ #Science #PetsAtTherapy
