S6 Life skills cooked a whole chicken and butchered it into separate parts to use in different recipes! We then made a delicious chicken risotto which went down a treat ๐๐ amazing effort today โญ @PLHS_HE #proudtobePL

National 4 took on Cornish Pasties today๐คฉ
Skills included finely dicing their veg, working with pastry, assembling and glazing. Not an easy task in 1 hour 40 mins but they rose to the challenge and look at the results!! #proudtobePL @PLHS_HE
