We were grateful to lead @MA_EOHLC & @MassHousing through our construction site at 22 Elm Street in Worcester on Monday! Renovations are underway to convert the building into 22 affordable condominium units, in partnership with Synergy.
As the first conversion of an office property to affordable homeownership housing in the State, we are thankful for our financing partners - MassHousing, The Life Initiative, the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation and the Worcester Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

We want to extend a huge thank you to @BankofAmerica for hosting a panel on the intersection of Health and Housing this morning, and for including our President Bill Grogan as a panelist.
Our work in affordable housing, and extending our work to provide health services to residents, could not be done without partnerships, and this was an inspiring morning of building and expanding on partnerships, and recognizing the connection between health and housing.
Yesterday was a great day for a walkthrough with City of Boston Mayor's Office of Housing, to see the construction progress on 41 LaGrange in downtown Boston!
41 LaGrange will become a 19-story residential tower, providing much-needed permanent supportive housing and services, as well as homes for workforce and middle-income households.
