A Snow Emergency goes into effect at 9pm tonight in Philadelphia. Vehicles parked on Snow Emergency routes must be moved so the Streets Department can work to clear snow from roadways safely. OEM Director Dominick Mireles explains more and also where to find alternate parking.

🚨 **Community Alert** 🚨 Attention residents: The Wyoming Ave Bridge over Tacony Creek, Fishers Lane, and the Juniata Golf Course is now closed. This closure is necessary due to deficiencies in the steel support beams that pose a safety risk for traffic. **Key Details:** - **Closure:** Wyoming Ave Bridge is closed to all vehicle traffic. - **Access:** Sidewalks remain open for cyclists and pedestrians; the trail below the bridge is accessible. - **Signage:** Warning signs will be installed along Wyoming Ave and Castor Ave. Barricades will block the roadway at both ends of the bridge, with advanced closure signs posted at Maple Lane and Ramona Ave. **Detour Routes:** - **Eastbound:** Wyoming Ave → Whitaker Ave → Luzerne St → G St → Hunting Park Ave → Castor Ave - **Westbound:** Castor Ave → Hunting Park Ave → G St → Luzerne St → Whitaker Ave → Wyoming Ave Please plan your routes accordingly and drive safely.
